Hey there! Just wanted to share an update on my review. I ordered a beard gift set from sardar.co, and there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery. I was kinda anxious about whether I should grab another gift set. I reached out to Sardar.co via live chat, and let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch! They even offered to let me pick up the item from their store since the delivery was held up because of a postal strike. When it arrived, the gift was wrapped beautifully, just like in the photos. Huge thanks to the Sardar.co team for sorting everything out and providing such great service. I’ll surely be using your service again! 👍

These products are truly fantastic! The sole reason I can't rate it a full 5 stars is that my order took way too long to get here, even though I opted for expedited shipping. It was supposed to show up in 8-11 days (as stated), but it ended up taking over 20 days. I’d really appreciate it if I could get a refund for that extra shipping cost I forked out. Thanks a bunch!

The customer support is just the worst. I ordered a coconut & vanilla beard balm, but it had a terrible odor when I tried it. I reached out to customer service and ended up having to pay to return it, only to be told it was considered used. Well, duh, I already mentioned that! A rep named Tina K. was handling my case and informed me that they couldn’t swap it out since it was used. If I wanted it back, I’d have to cover the shipping costs again. So now, I’m left without any beard balm and £22.99 poorer, not to mention the return postage. To sum it up, Tina really should be named Karen!

The checkout was a breeze, and the delivery was right on schedule. The material and color are exactly what we were looking for. The only downside is that I wished for a 3-meter option, but the smallest available was 4 meters. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with everything!

I got some Coconut beard balm and a beard brush for my husband, and wow, what incredible items! He smells so good with that balm on, and his beard feels super soft. He’s really into the beard brush too; he says it’s top-notch quality, and you can see the care in how it’s packaged. The service was fabulous as well. We’re really happy, and I’ll definitely be ordering from The Sardar Co again—highly recommend you do the same! They’re affordable, but trust me, you get what you pay for—excellent stuff!
